Fiona is the English proprietor of Cortijo Román, a property that has lovingly transformed over three decades. After purchasing the Cortijo 30 years ago and completing extensive renovations that paid homage to the rustic surroundings, she built an award-winning rural holiday accommodation business. Her hard work was rewarded by earning recognition, including a coveted superior status from the Andalusian Ministry of Tourism.

 

The venue's evolution into a wedding and events destination came eight years ago when Fiona organized her daughter's wedding. Experiencing Cortijo Roman's magic on that day, she realized its potential for hosting memorable celebrations, which inspired her to share this beautiful space with others seeking a truly unique venue.
