Fiona is the English proprietor of Cortijo Roman, a property she lovingly transformed over three decades. After purchasing the Cortijo 30 years ago and completing extensive renovations that paid homage to the rustic surroundings, she built an award-winning rural holiday accommodation business. Her hard work was rewarded by earning recognition, including a superior status from the Andalusian Ministry of Tourism.

 

The venue's evolution into a wedding and events destination came naturally eight years ago when Fiona organized her daughter's wedding. Witnessing the Cortijo Roman's magic on that special day, she realized its perfect potential for hosting celebrations, inspiring her to share this beautiful space with others seeking somewhere truly unique.
